 Do I have to register?

Registration is optional. Registration is FREE. Registration is required if you intend to participate in Picks, Forum, Chat or Poll.  As a member, you are able to post new topics or reply to existing topics in Forum as well as send private messages to any members.

 Why I get these error messages?

  • Email address is already in use
    It means that you have already registered an account with NowKicking using that email address.

  • The Username is already in use
    It implies that the Username has already been taken by another member. Please choose another Username.

  • Invalid Username or Password combination
    It means that the Username or Password that you have entered is incorrect.

    If you have forgotten your Username or Password, you may go to the Forgot Username / Password section under My Account to obtain your password.

  • Inactive User status
    This means that your account has been suspended probably for violation of Terms of Service.

    Once your account has been banned, it will no longer be accessible. You will not be able to login, reactivate or register again with the same email address.

    In order to use the service again, you will have to create a new account.
    Note: You will be required to enter a different email address.

 Why am I unable to receive my registration and login information?

Because your registration and login information are automatically generated by our system.  The email may have been classified as "Spam" and delivered to your "Junk box or folder".

In order to receive your registration and login information, please add "NowKicking.com" to your "Safe Senders list" in your email account.

Check your Junk box or folder to see if the email is in there, if you still did not receive it, you may go to My Account to request your login information again.

 Why am I redirected to the Registration page when my attempts to login or change profile failed?

You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts allowed.

If you have forgotten your Username or Password, you may go to the Forgot Username / Password section under My Account to request your login information.

Your login information will be emailed to you immediately, if there is a matching record in our database.

 Why am I redirected to the Sign In page?

You are required to login when you clicked a members only link.

Also, if you have logged-in but did not request a new page for about 20 minutes, our system will assume that you have gone to other sites and logged you off.  If this is the case, please login again.

 Why am I still unable to post my picks after I login?

You may have set your internet security setting to "High". This will disable cookies from saving your login information.

You must reset your setting to "Medium" or enable the saving of cookies on your computer option.

To reset your internet security setting, click on "Tools" from the IE, select "Internet Options", Click on "Security", change the Security Level to "Medium".

 How do I manage my account?

You may change your password, change your account settings or request login information.

  3. Enter Your Password
  4. Enter Your New Password
  5. Enter Your New Password Again
  6. Click Change Password

  2. Click My Account

  5. Select Date of Birth
  6. Select Gender
  7. Select Country
  8. Select Show Email Address option
    Select 'Yes' will allow others to send messages to you via your email address.
  9. Select Newsletter option
  10. Select Receive PM option
    Select 'Yes' will allow others to send private messages to you.
  11. Enter Residential Address
  12. Enter Mobile Phone No
  13. Enter Your Social Media Profile URL
    Enter your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ or other social media profile url.
  14. Click Update
Forgot Username/Password
  1. Click My Account
  2. Enter Your Email Address
  3. Enter the 4-digit Security Code
  4. Click Get Password

Others

 Can I edit or delete my posts?

You may edit or delete your Private Message or Forum posts.

However, Picks posted cannot be deleted. You may edit your Picks one hour before kickoff.

 How do I send or read my private messages?

To send a private message to any member, click on the send private message icon ( PM ) of that member posting.

To read your private messages, click on the read private message icon ( Read PM ) located at the end of any forum articles or forum content page.
